Patients can be seen in person or by telehealth to start care. Patients starting hormone therapy and all blood draws for labs will need to be done in person. Continuing care can be done remotely for most treatments. Dr. Killion prescribes medication from Strive pharmacy located in Gilbert AZ and Epiphany Compounding in Scottsdale AZ.

We do not accept insurance because it often drives up the overall cost of healthcare. By offering a private-pay model, we can keep costs more transparent and affordable while providing better, more individualized care. This approach allows us to focus entirely on your needs without being constrained by insurance limitations or unnecessary red tape.

Yes, healthcare provided at Foundation Health can be paid with HAS. There can be restrictions due to your HSA / FSA plan but most of the time this isn’t a problem.

Currently, Dr. Killion only charges patients for treatment packages. The consultation is complimentary if you choose not to proceed with treatment. If you decide to move forward, the consultation cost is included in the treatment package.
